Science, Nature and Global Exchange
The Congress will take place near Iguaçu Falls and at the meeting point of Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay. This remarkable natural and intercultural setting offers a fitting place for the global CBT community to share knowledge and build new collaborations.
The planned scientific program includes thematic symposia, roundtables, pre-congress courses, poster sessions, and keynote lectures. It will bring together behavioral and cognitive-behavioral traditions from around the world, with attention to rigorous research, clinical innovation, social justice, and equity in mental health.
Registration, submission, speaker, travel, and accommodation information will be published on the official congress website as planning progresses.
Congress Organization
The 2029 World Congress is organized by the Latin American Association for Behavior Analysis and Modification and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (ALAMOC), with coordination by ALAMOC Brazil.
