Rod Holland is a clinical psychologist with over 40 years’ experience in senior clinical and management positions mainly in London. He has been Director of Mental Health for a large North West London NHS Service, Director of Psychological Services in West London and the Clinical Advisor for the IAPT Programme for London until his retirement from the UK National Health Service in 2017. His commitment to CBT at an international level started when he took on the role of congress organiser for the 1988 World Congress of Behaviour Therapy in Edinburgh. This was followed by task of Congress Organiser for the 2007 Word Congress of Behaviour and Cognitive Therapies in Barcelona and now joint Congress Organiser with Andreas Veith for the WCBCT2019 in Berlin. Rod is the Past President of EABCT and remains on the Board of BABCP as Conference organiser and Workforce advisor
